ecard

here is my ecard on hydrogen energy even though it is extremely late. the first page consists of the effects of pollution. i used a sepia tone effect to make the background look more "dirtier". the second page looks more plain unfortunately. what you see is what you get. the last page wasn't the look i was going for. i tried to use a vector mask to make only the earth look golden, but it didn't work for me. i got frustrated and gave up. please post your critiques.

louis armstrong

here is book cover design for louis armstrong. i wish i could have found better quality for the photos though. a friend of mine plays the trumpet really well so that was what inspired me to choose louis armstrong. i used a combination of shadowing and coloring  techniques you see. unfortunately i was unable to add more color to louis armstrong himself because the original image is in grey scale. please be brutally honest with your critique.

distracted driver awareness

Sending or receiving a text takes a driver's eyes from the road for an average of 4.6 seconds, the equivalent-at 55 mph-of driving the length of an entire football field, blind. ( distraction.gov)
That is why i choose this topic for my awareness poster. As phones become more technologically advance, deaths have increased by the people who use these devices. I used a graphic image for the background so that it would stand as the main image that dwells with it's viewers. it's kind of a simple poster, but i hope that the message is well received.
